Designed in 1949, the sweeping diagonal lines with softened cut-outs and curves give Jens Risom’s functional magazine table a striking, sculptural silhouette. Apropos for any contemplative setting from hotels to private homes, the “furniture with a signature,” as the designer called it, also reflects his penchant for thoughtful practicality.
