Description
Handsome pair of artisan carved wood busts featuring two African American women. These diminuitive sculptures would be wonderful displayed together on a bookshelf, wall bracket shelf, or tabletop vignette. From the similar carving technique, subject matter, and wood species we believe them to be by a single artist but they are unsigned.Each measures approximately 1.5″W x 1.5″D x 3″H.Very good vintage, as-found condition with all the irregularities of artisan made objects.
